Dr. Tiffany Keenan

Personalized lifestyle medicine for women navigating change

Your next chapter starts with being heard.

I work with women navigating hormonal shifts, menopause symptoms, chronic pain, fatigue, and brain fog, women who are ready for a more thoughtful, whole-person approach. My work blends medical expertise with lifestyle and root-cause medicine, helping you understand what your body is asking for and guiding you toward clarity, balance, and sustainable wellbeing.

Meet Dr. Tiffany

Doctor. Teacher.
Healer. Philanthropist.

MD · CCFP · Clinical Associate Professor, Memorial University

Dr. Keenan is originally from New Brunswick, Canada. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Science from McGill University, completed her medical degree at Memorial University of Newfoundland, and finished a Family Practice residency at Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario. She has practiced emergency medicine alongside family practice for the past twenty years.

After twenty years in front-line medicine, she sees prevention as the key to health and longevity. Today she practices Personalized Lifestyle Medicine in New Brunswick and Bermuda, with nutrition, gut health, functional genomics, and mind-body awareness as the key elements of her practice. She works with patients to find the root cause of dis-ease in the body.

In 2006 she founded Haiti Village Health, providing sustainable healthcare in northern Haiti, and served as its Executive Director for eight years, including extensive post-earthquake work alongside the Canadian Military and the United Nations. In 2010 she received the Paul Harris Fellow award from the Rotary Club of Newcastle, New Brunswick.

Community is medicine

Health grows best in good company.

Dr. Tiffany believes community, and being surrounded by like-minded women, is a key to living a life of wellness and vitality. Every week she gathers her community for a live evening session: real teaching, real questions, and the company of women walking the same road.
