Good questions

Frequently asked questions

The things women usually want to know before they begin. If yours is not here, send it over.

What is Personalized Lifestyle Medicine?

It is medicine that looks for the root cause instead of only managing symptoms. Dr. Tiffany blends her medical training with nutrition, gut health, functional genomics, and mind-body awareness to understand what your body is asking for, and to build changes that hold because they fit your life.

Who does Dr. Tiffany work with?

Primarily women navigating hormonal shifts, menopause symptoms, chronic pain, fatigue, and brain fog. Her lifestyle-medicine practice is virtual, over Zoom, and welcomes women in Canada and Bermuda.

Do I need to become a patient to work with her?

No. Dr. Tiffany's family-practice panel is currently full, but her lifestyle-medicine work, the Clarity Call, the CGM Starter Kit, and the Next Chapter Membership, is open to everyone.

What happens on a Clarity Call?

You talk, she listens. It is a private conversation about your symptoms, your history, and what you have already tried. She reviews your intake beforehand, so the time is spent on you. You leave with a clear picture of your options, and there is no pressure to go further.

How does the CGM Starter Kit work?

You wear a small continuous glucose monitor on the back of your arm for two weeks, no finger pricks, while living your normal life. Dr. Tiffany then reviews your data and prepares a personal report, and you go through the findings together.

What is included in the Next Chapter Membership?

A live session with Dr. Tiffany every week, regular nutrition sessions with the practice's dietitian, a private community of like-minded women, and replays of everything, so a busy week never means falling behind. Details are on the membership page.

Are visits covered by Medicare or insurance?

Lifestyle-medicine consultations are not covered under Medicare in Canada, though they may be submitted for income tax purposes. Out-of-country patients receive a detailed receipt that can be submitted to a private insurer, and coverage depends on the plan.

How is my information handled?

Care happens on secure platforms, and your information is handled in line with Canadian privacy law. One ask in return: please keep personal health details out of the website's contact forms; those are for scheduling and general questions only.

How do I start?

Book a Clarity Call. It is the first step for everything else.
